Distinguished Vice High Commissioner, esteemed members of the High Commissioner's Cabinet, Council Heads, Delegates, Sub-Delegates, Commissioners, Inspector Generals, Inspectors, Brigadier Commanders, Aspirants and all other tanks respected

I extend my sincere and heartfelt New Year greetings to you and your families. May this year fortify our determination, enhance our discipline, and rekindle our collective commitment to duty, service, and integrity.

The new year signifies a call to elevate our productivity, tighten our organization, and strive for uncompromising excellence. As both human rights and humaniterian organization, HACIG must remain disciplined, credible, and effective. Each function / rank carries significant responsibility, and this year demands that we fully assume our duties. ¹

Cameroon's current conditions present operational challenges, with real and frequent risks of human rights violations, without the exception of humanitarian assistance. We must remain vigilant, professional, and prepared to carry out our mandate without fear or compromise.

Despite last year's difficulties, we've made deliberate efforts to correct past errors and restore HACIG's credibility. These efforts include the ongoing Bafoussam case, official missions to Yaoundé, Kribi, Betua, and the acquisition of the HACIG head office in Limbe.

As we move forward, our priorities include training/recycling, inaugurating our office, installing HACIG executives, acquiring uniforms, and structuring the High Commissioner's Cabinet. Council Heads are instructed to submit their agendas by January 30th.

I urge all members to engage actively in councils and intensify new membership efforts. This year will be marked by increased coordination, accountability, and command direction. I expect all ranks to remain vigilant, disciplined, and focused.

Together, let's move HACIG forward – united, structured, and resolute.

Wishing you a disciplined and productive New Year. Long Cameroon.
