The high General Commissioner JIMMY BILLY FORKUM on 20th of August 2025 visited Limbe, his visit was to witness the training of HACIG elements. The three day training that witness the presence of the High General commissioner also brought together HACIG elements from all over Cameroon. General Jimmy Billy Fokum also visited the propose site for HACIG head office in Limbe.
