1. Strategic Communication & Public Relations

Define and implement HCGI/HACIG’s internal and external communication strategies.

Represent and safeguard the public image of the organization.

Prepare official messages, press releases, newsletters, and reports.
2. Partnership & Institutional Relations

Engage with national institutions and organizations to strengthen collaboration.

Establish and manage relationships with international human rights bodies and networks.

Develop and formalize new national and international partnerships and contracts.
3. International Expansion Support

Support HCGI/HACIG's strategic plan to extend its presence to other countries.

Ensure consistent brand identity and mission alignment in external branches.

Provide communication tools and guidelines for regional/international offices.
4. Digital Presence & Social Media Management

Animate and regularly update the official website.

Manage and grow presence on social platforms: Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.

Monitor online engagement and respond to the public in a professional manner.
5. Media Creation & Human Rights Journalism

Initiate the creation of a dedicated human rights newspaper, radio station, and television channel.

Produce educational and advocacy content focused on human rights, peacebuilding, and intervention work.

Partner with media professionals to ensure quality and legal compliance in broadcast.
6. Documentation & Archiving

Maintain a digital and physical archive of HCGI/HACIG's communication materials and interventions.

Ensure transparency and traceability of communication actions.
7. Event Communication & Visibility

Handle media coverage and branding for all events, campaigns, and missions.

Design visibility materials (banners, flyers, reports, audiovisuals).
8. Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting
-
Assess the effectiveness of communication strategies and partnerships.

Provide regular reports to the General High Commissioner and Executive Council.
